Company Profile
Inmobiliaria Lingwood is business specialising in villas on the hillside
overlooking Salobrena town. The business was started by Mike Lingwood, Chartered
Surveyor and Margaret Lingwood, Gestor Intermediario de Promociones y Edificaciones
(G.I.P.E.), property professionals who were fortunate to have moved to Salobrena
with our 3 young children in 1988 & during 18 years lived on Monte de
los Almendros, the most popular residential area on the hillside and worked
selling local properties.
In 2010 the business was bought by a local gestoria that specialises in tax and legal advice. The aim of th new owners is to maintain the same standards of service as before. Our selling methods are far removed from those of the high pressure real estate agents you might have come across elsewhere. We are very careful which properties we take on and reject any that we are not entirely happy with from a structural or legal standpoint.
