Our Plots

We have a number of plots for sale within  Monte de los Almendros for which you can obtain permission to build villas up to 30% of the size of the land provided you stay within the clearly defined rules for construction on the hillside (such as not building within three meters of the boundary line). 

There are other plots for sale on neighbouring residential areas but on some of the other hillsides the town hall has not granted permission to build during the last 18 years although the plots are described in the legal title as being for urban use (i.e. the construction of villas). We are very cautious about introducing people to building plots which they are unlikely to obtain permission to build on in the near future and therefore do not offer plots in these other residential areas.

We have had 17 years' experience selling villas on this hillside and through this experience we know what designs and styles are popular and also what to avoid. We are happy to advise and give ideas to anyone buying a plot through us to help them build a villa with a high resale value.

With views to both the castle in Salobrena and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada this plot is located in a quiet area of the hillside and on the edge of a green zone - where other villas cannot be built. This plot is without doubt priced to sell.

A very attractive plot situated in a particularly green area of Monte de los Almendros. Below this particular property there is a thriving green zone which attracts lots of birds whose songs fill the morning air. Around the property the other plots have been built on so you can design a an attractive villa to maximise the views and privacy. (Last year we sold the neighbouring 3 bedroom property for over 700,000 euros).

This substantial piece of land on Monte de los Almendros has already had retaining walls constructed (the cost of doing so is not insignificant these days!) raising the level of the plot so that the owner can enjoy  the fabulous, future proof views to the sea and Salobrena.
