The easy level access to the property just off the road connecting Orgiva and Lanjaron is also a bonus compared with the long dirt tracks that have to be navigated to get to many of the other interesting properties in this area and once on site it is mainly level with few steps either inside or outside.  The well maintained formal garden area is complimented by a small orchard close to the casita and overall the property has around 1800m2 of land.
