Some of the properties are rather more interesting than they appear to be from the photos and for others the reverse may
be true! Far better to wait until you get here before deciding which ones are worth viewing as then we will have the opportunity to give you an honest appraisal of all properties that could be of interest before your initial viewing list is completed.
We also have a good selection of building plots available on Monte de los Almendros where planning permission will be granted subject to the approval of architects plans that conform to the local building regulations including the plot ratio of 30%. ie with a 1000m2 plot the maximum build size is 300m2. PL510A 2 bedroom property overlooking the sea in Calamedina. Excellent views to Salobrena castle and beyond from most rooms and
the terrace. With a little modernisation would make a great lock and go holiday home
